PRICE
The prices in this catalog are indicated in Swiss francs, net amounts, VAT included and guaranteed. Prices shown are subject to change at any time without notice. Items covered by a warranty are subject to the conditions of the offer valid at the time of purchase. The guarantee takes effect on the date of delivery of the item, justified by the accompanying document (invoice) which we ask you to keep carefully. Not covered: damage due to poor maintenance, failure to follow the instructions for use, or normal wear and tear.
DELIVERY AND TRANSPORT
Delivery is only carried out in Switzerland and Lichtenstein. A fixed contribution from you is requested only once per order. The participation amounts to 10 chf per order (up to 30kg). From 150 CHF of purchase, delivery is free. Orders are processed Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Available items are sent by post within approximately 2 to 7 days. Oligopharm SA, Oligosan Webshop department is in no way responsible for possible delays upon delivery of the package to the delivery provider (generally via Swiss Post). Important: Oligopharm SA, Oligosan Webshop department does not deliver its packages to post office boxes and does not deliver any goods to minors or customers under guardianship, without written authorization from the parents or guardian.
AVAILABILITY
Our delivery commitment is void in the event of failure or non-compliance with supply deadlines on the part of our own suppliers, and to the extent that this unavailability is not attributable to Oligopharm SA, Oligosan webshop department. If a product is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment methods: payment via Postfinance Checkout: Postfinance card, Twint, Postfinance e-finance card. Payment is made in advance in all cases. Payment by credit/debit card will be accepted in principle from the end of September 2021.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF GOODS
Returns are not accepted, except in the case of a delivery error attributable to the company Oligopharm SA, Oligosan webshop department. In the event of a delivery error, the incorrect items must be returned intact and complete in their original packaging (with labels containing their references), accompanied by the delivery slip, within 7 days after receipt of your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the case of an exchange order, the shipping costs of your new order are free.
LEGAL GUARANTEE
Check the condition of the delivered goods immediately to rule out obvious material and manufacturing defects, as well as transport damage. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to notify us of any defect or anomaly affecting the goods delivered to enable us to remedy them.

All personal data will be considered confidential. The information necessary for managing the order will be subject to computer processing and may be communicated to associated companies as part of the management of the order.
APPLICABLE LAW AND LEGAL FORUM
The applicable law is Swiss law, and any dispute will be handled by the District Court of Lausanne, Vaud.
