Shipping policy

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all goods ordered online benefit from our Money Back Guarantee.

This guarantee means that any customer can cancel a purchase of goods within 14 working days from the receipt of the goods, by sending a written notification of their decision by mail or email.

Unless the goods are defective or have been shipped in error, the cost of returning the goods will be borne by the customer. Provided that the goods are returned in their original condition, Oligosan (Company Name/LLC) will refund the selling price of the goods (excluding shipping costs) as soon as possible upon receipt of the returned goods, and in any case within a maximum period of 30 days.

Our Money Back Guarantee will not apply if the returned goods are damaged or if they have been altered in any way compared to their original condition. Our Money Back Guarantee will also not apply if the goods were purchased under a special offer or promotional offer.

All returned goods must be properly packaged and labeled and must be shipped to the following address: Return Address It is advisable for customers to retain proof of their shipment, with the understanding that Oligosan (Company Name/LLC) will not provide any compensation in case of loss or damage occurring during the return of goods.
