Yuzu essential oil
The Yuzu lemon tree (Citrus junos) is a shrub native to China and which has widely grown in Japan. Its fruits are known for their very fragrant juice which makes it an essential part of Japanese cuisine. Its essential oil is obtained by steam distillation of its zest.
