100% pure seawater, more concentrated than the body's isotonicity (hypertonic 3.3%), providing 1190 mg of chloride (150% of the reference intake) and 70 mg of magnesium (18% of the reference intake) per 60 ml dose. Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance, to normal energy metabolism, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to the normal function of the nervous system, to normal muscle function, and to the maintenance of normal bones.
